Services

Koda Tech Solutions (Pty) Ltd provides WhatsApp-based ordering systems and IT services. Service scope, pricing and setup fees are as quoted at sign-up. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Payment & cancellation

Setup fees are once-off and payable before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance. You may cancel with one calendar month's notice — no cancellation penalties.

Fair use & liability

We keep your systems running to the best of our ability but depend on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, hosting providers). Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.
